Real Estate Transactions and Other Business Moves in the Inland Northwest

Spokane-based hair salon Heavenly Hair LLC has opened in 1,500 square feet of retail space in a multitenant retail building at 6704 N. Nevada. Brent Johnson and Jim Orcutt, both of NAI Black, handled the transaction.

Flowing Tree Yoga, a new Spokane yoga studio, has leased 800 square feet of space at 515 W. Francis. Anna Molgard, certified yoga therapist, says the studio specializes in working with people with physical and emotional pain. The studio will offer private sessions and group sessions. Cody George, of Kiemle Hagood, and Vic Plese, of Plese Realty LLC, handled the transaction.

Spokane-based real estate holding company And Another Building LLC has purchased a 10,700-square-foot multitenant retail building at 328 E. Sprague as an investment. Kevin Edwards, of Hawkins Edwards Inc., and Steve McIntosh, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction. 

Spokane Valley real estate holding company Northwest Management Property IV LLC has purchased a 3-acre vacant lot zoned for mixed use at

605 N. Hallett, in Medical Lake. Jeff Ottmar, of SVN Cornerstone, represented the seller, and Northwest Management Property represented itself.

Northstar Taps LLC has leased 1,700 square feet of retail space in a multitenant building at 1818 Second, in Cheney, for a craft-beer tap room, which the company plans to open in February. Chris Bornhoft, of Windermere Manito Commercial, and Colin Conway, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.
