Real Estate Transactions and Other Business Moves in the Inland Northwest

Spokane Valley-based MarEli Properties LLC has purchased an 8,800-square-foot office building at 1720 W. Fourth as an investment. Craig Soehren and Tracy Poff, both of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.

The Evergreen Center LLC, a San Francisco-based real estate investment company, has purchased a 17,400-square-foot multitenant retail center at 8701 N. Division on Spokane’s North Side as an investment. Current tenants include Slick Rock, Game World, and Dutch Bros. Francesca Baier and Madeleine Baier, of Berkshire Hathaway Commercial Services, and Mark McLees of NAI Black, represented the seller, and Ryan Towner and Dallas Lightner, of LT Real Estate LLC, represented the buyer.

Silver Bluemoon LLC, a Spokane-based investment company, has purchased a 5,600-square-foot office building at 930 N. Mullan as an investment. Doug Byrd and Sharon Reynolds, of Byrd Real Estate Group LLC, and Leon Vincent, of Vincent Realty LLC, handled the transaction.

Post Falls-based Quest Integration Inc., a regional manufacturing company, has leased 3,100 square feet of office space in a multitenant building at 4460 W. Riverbend, in the Tedder Office Park, in Post Falls. The company plans to expand its 3D printing operations into the facility on May 1. Jim Moore, with Tedder Properties LLC, handled the transaction.

Aesthetica Skin & Beauty Bar, has leased 1,200 square feet of retail space at 1111 E. Sherman, in Coeur d’Alene, where it plans to open its first shop this summer following renovations. Brian Bean, of Kiemle Hagood, and Ben Widmyer, of Widmyer Corp., handled the transaction.

Wellness Enhancement Center of Idaho Inc., a counseling services company, has leased just under 3,100 square feet of office space in a multitenant building at 1111 W. Ironwood Drive, in Coeur d’Alene, where it has moved from its location at 950 W. Ironwood Drive. Pat Eberlin and Brian Bean, both of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.
