Real Estate Transactions and Other Business Moves in the Inland Northwest

February 14, 2019
Staff Report

Northwest Spokane Pediatrics PLLC has leased 5,100 square feet of office space in a multitenant building at 220 E. Rowan, where it has moved from smaller quarters at 5901 N. Lidgerwood. Michelle Spivey, practice manager, says the new space has roughly 1,200 square feet of space more than its previous location, enabling the practice to expand. As a result, it has hired two more providers, she says. Joel Crosby, with Coldwell Banker Tomlinson, handled the transaction.

JMK & Associates LLC, a Spokane-based financial advisory company, has purchased the 9,000-square-foot building at 102 E. Main, formerly the Pacific Fruit & Produce building, with the intent to renovate it into a multitenant space. Matthew Byrd, Guy Byrd, and John Hillier, all of SVN Cornerstone, handled the transaction.

Gaming Grotto LLC has leased 1,720 square feet of retail space in a multitenant building at 3808 N. Monroe. The full-service game store buys and sells used video games and accessories and trading cards and offers an open play space that hosts tournaments. Jim Orcutt, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.

Warrendale, Penn.-based Wellington Energy, a subsidiary of Wellington Power Corp, has leased 12,000 square feet of warehouse space in a multitenant building at 1603 S. Garfield Road, in Airway Heights. The company will lease the space for two years while it works with Avista Corp. to replace utility meters. Doug Byrd and Cassandra Becker, both of Byrd Real Estate Group LLC, handled the transaction.

Lake City Physical Therapy, a physical therapy clinic, has leased 1,300 square feet of office space in a multitenant building at 609 N. Calgary Court, in Post Falls, for its fourth location. Sheree DiBiase, owner, says she anticipates a mid-February opening and will offer physical therapy services specializing in women’s health. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, with Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.

Polson, Mont.-based Adelos Inc., a fiber optic sensor development company, has leased 2,100 square feet of office space at 10745 Government Way, in Hayden. Adelos, a subsidiary of S&K Technologies Inc., has offices in Missoula, St. Ignatius, and Polson, Mont., and Houston, and has contractors in Vermont, Oregon, and Washington. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.
