Spokane

CLE Capital Corp., a Spokane-based restaurant management company, has purchased the Rogers Building, a 5,500-square-foot, four-story, mixed-use structure at 117 N. Howard, in downtown Spokane, for $2.25 million. Jordan Lester and Andrew Keef, both of SVN Cornerstone, handled the transaction.

Williamson & Associates Technologies Inc., which does business as Williamson & Associates, has leased 3,000 square feet of industrial space at 5807 W. Thorpe Road, on the West Plains, where the Seattle-based industrial machinery manufacturing company is expanding its presence in Spokane. Omar Sadaoui and Matthew Byrd, both of SVN Cornerstone, handled the transaction.

Vickerman Investment Advisors Inc. has leased a 2,300-square-foot office at 4102 S. Regal, in Spokane, where the Spokane-based wealth management and investment advising company has moved from the Legion Building, in downtown Spokane. Rob Kannapien, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, represented the landlord. Carlos Herrera, of SDS Realty, represented the tenant.

Red Cedar Fulfillment LLC, of Issaquah, Washington, has leased a 2,500-square-foot industrial space at 5807 W. Thorpe Road, on the West Plains. Omar Sadaoui and Matthew Byrd, both of SVN Cornerstone, handled the transaction.

North Idaho

MGM Innovative Tech Group has leased a 3,300-square-foot office and warehouse space at 6188 W. Seltice Way, in Post Falls, where the manufacturer has opened its first facility. Rob Kannapien, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, represented the landlord, and Drew Ulrick, of TOK Commercial, represented the tenant in the transaction.

EnergiSystems LLC, of Billings, Montana, has leased a 3,500-square-foot office and warehouse space at 6590 W. Seltice Way, in Post Falls, where the company is expanding with its first location in Idaho. Rob Kannapien, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, represented the landlord, and Pat Eberlin, of Kiemle Hagood, represented the tenant.

Philip Damiano and Leslie Damiano have purchased 6.4 acres of vacant land at 14170 N. Thayer, in Rathdrum, where a new location for an excavation business is under consideration. Mary Kienbaum and Casey Brazil, both of Kiemle Hagood, represented the seller. Jim Salvin Jr., of Lakeshore Realty, represented the buyer.

Minneapolis-based Inland Northwest Neurological Performance has leased a 1,600-square-foot medical office at 6500 N. Mineral Drive, Suite 204, in Coeur d'Alene, where the business has moved from elsewhere in Coeur d'Alene. Chris Schreiber, of Kiemle Hagood, represented the lessor in the transaction.

Heart of the City Church Inc. has purchased a 33,600-square-foot single tenant building at 927 E. Polston, in Post Falls, at the former Post Falls Peak Fitness facility. Bobby Carmody, of The Agency Coeur d'Alene, represented the buyer. Pat Eberlin and Mary Kienbaum, both of Kiemle Hagood, represented the seller in the transaction.

Spokane Valley

Spokane-based Evergreen Gymnastics LLC has leased a 17,300-square-foot warehouse at 11712 E. Montgomery Drive, in Spokane Valley, where the gymnastics training company is expanding with a second location. Doug Byrd and Sharon Reynolds, both of Byrd Real Estate Group LLC, handled the transaction.

H&H Molds Acquisition Corp., which does business as H&H Molds Inc., has leased 16,000 square feet of industrial space at the Spokane Business and Industrial Park, at 3808 N. Sullivan Road, Suite G, in Spokane Valley. Omar Sadaoui, of SVN Cornerstone, represented the tenant. Chase Breckner, of Crown West Realty LLC, represented the landlord.

Liberty Lake

MDRNfitness LLC, which does business as MDRNFitness: A Lagree Studio, has leased a 3,100-square-foot medical office space at the Liberty Lake Commons, at 1334 N. Whitman Lane, in Liberty Lake, where the company is opening a larger second gym location. Rob Kannapien, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, represented the landlord, and Chris Bornhoft, of Borhnoft Commercial, represented the tenant.

Medical Lake

Sushi #5 LLC, which does business as Sushi House Asian Food & Bar, has leased 3,000 square feet of retail space in a multitenant building at the Medical Lake Plaza, at 611 E. U.S. Route 902, in Medical Lake, where a restaurant cafe is planned. Andy Butler, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.
