Spokane

L.E.A.P.S. and Beyond Inc., a Spokane-based applied behavior analysis therapy provider, has leased 8,300 square feet of office space at 1131 E. Westview Court, in Spokane, after moving from elsewhere in Spokane County. Greg Peach, of NAI Black, represented the lessee.

Spokane-based Kush Kingdom LLC, a cannabis retailer, has leased an 1,100-square-foot retail space in a multitenant building at 1426 E. Francis, in Spokane. Greg Peach, of NAI Black, represented the lessee.

TLAS Management LLC, a Spokane-based cannabis retailer that does business as Cloud 9 Cannabis Co., has leased 1,700 square feet of retail space in a multitenant building at 12208 N. Division, in North Spokane, for its third Washington state location. Greg Peach, of NAI Black, represented the lessee.

Alura Wellness LLC, a Spokane-based holistic spa that does business as Alura Wellness Spa, has leased 2,500 square feet of office space at 101 W. North River Drive, in Spokane. Drew Ulrick, of TOK Commercial, represented the tenant. Jon Jeffreys, of NAI Black, represented the landlord.

Lubbock, Texas-based GVH Management LLC has purchased an 8-unit multifamily property and a 28-unit mini storage facility, at 3004 E. Boone in Spokane, for $1.27 million. Jordan Lester, of SVN Cornerstone Commercial, represented the seller in the transaction.

AMI Holdings LLC, a Spokane-based holding company, has purchased 16.4 acres of vacant land across two separate properties located on Holly and Soda roads, in Spokane, for $1.25 million. Omar Sadaoui, of SVN Cornerstone Commercial, represented the buyer.

Milo Building LLC, a Spokane-based property management company, has purchased a 17-unit multifamily property, at 210 S. Washington, in Spokane, for $675,000. Matthew Byrd and Omar Sadaoui, both of SVN Cornerstone Commercial, handled the transaction.

Pathway to Wellness PLLC has leased 315 square feet of office space at Marycliff Hall, at 707 W. Seventh, in Spokane, where the Spokane Valley-based therapist is relocating from elsewhere. Greg Peach, of NAI Black, represented the lessee.

Spokane Valley-based law firm Palm & Froese Law PLLC has leased 2,600 square feet of office space at 521 N. Argonne, in Spokane, for the firm’s new location. Rob Kannapien, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, represented the landlord. Kyhra Stampe, of RenCorp Realty, represented the tenant.

Spokane Valley

Firsthand Health Inc., a New York-based healthcare company, has leased a 2,500-square-foot office space at 10525 E. Main, in Spokane Valley. Danny Patterson, of SVN Cornerstone Commercial, represented the landlord in the transaction.

AutoZone Parts Inc., of Memphis, Tennessee, has purchased 3.7 acres of vacant land, at 102 S. Dartmouth Road in Spokane Valley, for $2.7 million, where the company is planning a new location. Guy D. Byrd, of SVN Cornerstone Commercial, represented the seller.

Supa! Authentic Japanese Kitchen, a Spokane-based ramen restaurant, has leased a 2,500-square-foot retail space in a multitenant strip mall, at 12801 E. Sprague, in Spokane Valley, for a new location. Andrew Keef, of SVN Cornerstone Commercial, represented the tenant.

B&B Ella Street LLC, a Spokane Valley-based real estate company, has purchased the Ella Building, a 33,000-square-foot commercial property, at 229 N. Ella, in Spokane Valley, for $3.25 million. James Quigley, of Kiemle Hagood, represented the seller. Levi McCormick, of SDS Realty, represented the buyer.


North Idaho

TopCon Coatings LLC, a Coeur d’Alene-based concrete contractor, has leased 1,500 square feet of office and warehouse space at 4687 W. Seltice Way, in Coeur d’Alene, after moving from elsewhere in Idaho. Craig Hunter, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.

Spokane Valley-based commercial real estate investment company S&J Holdings LLC has purchased the Hecla Mining Building, at 6500 N. Mineral Drive, in Coeur d’Alene. Erik Nelson, of Kiemle Hagood, represented the buyer, and Casey Brazil, also of Kiemle Hagood, represented the seller. 

Sawtooth Surgical Solutions Inc., a medical device distributor, has leased 6,700 square feet of office and flex space at 6224 W. Seltice Way, in Post Falls. Guy D. Byrd, of SVN Cornerstone Commercial, represented the tenant. 

VetHabitat Properties LLC has purchased a 4,000-square-foot retail space at 1923 N. Third, in Coeur d’Alene. Craig Hunter, of Kiemle Hagood, and Tom Fisher, of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the seller. Nick Amorin, of NextHome 365 Realty, represented the buyer.

Brandon Blume, who owns an vehicle wrapping and window tinting business, has leased 4,900 square feet of mixed-use space, at 920 E. Third, in Post Falls. Craig Hunter, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.

Brice Engineering LLC, an engineering and construction company, has leased a 4,900-square-foot office at Treaty Rock Center, at 420 W. Seltice Way, in Post Falls. Craig Hunter, of Kiemle Hagood, represented the landlord. Omar Sadaoui, of SVN Cornerstone Commercial, represented the tenant.
