•Restaurateur Matt Goodwin and a staff of about 10 employees will open Hang 10 Hawaiian BBQ, at 909 S. Grand this week in space that adjoins The Press cocktail lounge, which he also owns.

Hang 10 assumed the lease of the former breakfast café, Fleur De Sel Artisan Creperie, after its owners closed the business, in part as a result of Gov. Jay Inslee’s stay-at-home orders designed to blunt the spread of COVID-19, says Jory Hustad, food and beverage director at Hang 10.

Takeout orders of traditional Hawaiian fare are available, and catered orders are available for gatherings of up to 24 people.

Orders can also be placed from The Press and eaten in that space, according to Hustad.
