Northwest Specialty Hospital acquires surgical practice

Northwest General & Breast Surgery is located on hospital's Post Falls campus

February 11, 2025
Journal of Business Staff

Post Falls-based Northwest Specialty Hospital has acquired the private surgical practice of Dr. Antoine Sarkis.

The hospital declines to disclose the terms of the transaction.

Sarkis’s practice has changed names to Northwest General & Breast Surgery from Minimally Invasive Surgery Northwest.

He says in a press release, “By coming under the Northwest Specialty Hospital umbrella, we’re now another surgical line of the hospital. And while we’re still providing the same services we always have, the new name is a better descriptor of our expertise and highlights our focus on breast surgery.”

Sarkis has been operating his practice for many years on the Northwest Specialty Hospital campus.

Northwest General & Breast Surgery is located in the Northwest Specialty Hospital medical complex, at 750 N. Syringa, suite 103, in Post Falls.
