Just under 1,400 single-family homes have sold in Kootenai County this year, a 3.4% increase over the same period in 2024, according to the July 2025 Market Snapshot from Coeur d’Alene Regional Relators.
The median home price in July was $545,000, a 3.3% increase compared to the same month last year, and just about $600 more than June’s median home price.
As of Aug. 5, there were 1,243 active listings in the North Idaho county, up from 1,138 at the same time last year.
Homes stayed on the market for an average of 92 days in July, a 1.1% decrease from July 2024.
