Sycamore, in Spokane, for the manufacturer’s first location. Drew Ulrick, of TOK Commercial, represented the landlord in the transaction.

Spokane Valley-based motor vehicle dealer Rollins Automotive LLC has leased a 1,500-square-foot industrial building, at 11603 E. Trent, in Spokane Valley, for its first location. Kayla Saunders, of NAI Black, represented the lessee, and Sharon Reynolds, of Byrd Real Estate Group LLC, represented the lessor.

Business consulting company PulsePoint Strategies Inc., of Spokane Valley, has leased 1,100 square feet of office space in a multitenant office building, at 521 N. Argonne Road, in Spokane Valley, for its first location. Rob Kannapien, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.

North Idaho

A Body Shop, a Post Falls-based automotive body shop, has leased a 6,000-square-foot warehouse at 425 N. Idahline, in Post Falls, where the company has moved to a new location. Rob Kannapien and Cory Ehrgott, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.

Dallas, Texas-based restaurant chain Dickey’s Barbecue Pit has leased 2,600 square feet of restaurant space at the Milltown Center, located at 306 N. Spokane, in Post Falls. Rob Kannapien, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, represented the landlord. Tony Mukhamediyev, of Widmyer Corp., represented the tenant.

Stinky Bilge Boat Co. LLC, a wooden boat restoration company, has leased a 7,800-square-foot warehouse and office flex building, at 4547 W. Seltice Way, in Post Falls, for the company’s new location, after moving from elsewhere in Coeur d'Alene. Craig Hunter, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.

Coeur d'Alene-based Serene Life Counseling LLC, which provides mental health counseling services, has leased 2,400 square feet of office space in a multitenant office building, at 1221 W. Post Falls-based Mission Wellness LLC has purchased an 18,000-square-foot office building, at 3773 W. Fifth, in Post Falls. Craig Hunter and Mary Keinbaum, both of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.  

Amarillo, Texas-based BB5 Consulting LLC has purchased 0.8 acres of vacant land, at 1147 N. Innovation Way, in Post Falls. Rob Kannapien, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.
