Spokane

Pro Wheel Repair LLC, which does business as Spokane Pro Wheel Repair, a Spokane-based wheel repair company, has leased 5,000 square feet of industrial space, at 2943 N. Lee, in Spokane, for the company’s new location, after moving from elsewhere in Spokane. Drew Ulrick, of TOK Commercial, handled the transaction.

Spokane-based Big Dog Energy, a dog day care center, has leased 2,000 square feet of office and retail space, at 13414 W. Sunset Highway, in Airway Heights, for the center’s second location. Sharon Reynolds and Doug Byrd, both of Byrd Real Estate Group LLC, handled the transaction.

Spokane Valley

Richmond, British Columbia-based UniUni Logistics Inc., which does business as UniUni, a logistics company, has leased 13,600 square feet of industrial space at The Park: Spokane Business & Industrial Park, located at 3808 N. Sullivan Road, in Spokane Valley. Drew Ulrick, of TOK Commercial, represented the tenant.

Sports Lab & Physical Therapy LLC, a Spokane-based physical therapy clinic, has leased 870 square feet of office space at Broadway Center, located at 12213 E. Broadway, in Spokane Valley, for the clinic’s second location. Rob Kannapien, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.

Willis Prints, a Spokane Valley-based screen-printing shop, has leased 1,800 square feet of warehouse space, at 2224 N. Locust Road, in Spokane Valley, for the shop’s first location. Doug Byrd and Sharon Reynolds, both of Byrd Real Estate Group LLC, handled the transaction.

Doggyland, a Spokane Valley-based dog day care center, has leased a 7,500-square-foot warehouse, at 2617 N. Pioneer Lane, in Spokane Valley, where the center has moved to a new location. Omar Sadaoui, of SVN Cornerstone LLC, handled the transaction. 

Airway Heights

Airway Heights-based Smash Brazilian Jiu Jitsu LLC, a martial arts academy, has leased a 6,000-square-foot warehouse and industrial building, at 1100 S. Garfield Road, in Airway Heights, where the academy has moved to a new location. Doug Byrd and Sharon Reynolds, both of Byrd Real Estate Group LLC, handled the transaction.

 North Idaho

Coeur d’ Alene-based Radiant Home Cleaning Services, a residential and commercial cleaning company, has leased 640 square feet of office space at The Depot, located at 112 E. Hazel, in Coeur d’ Alene, after moving from elsewhere in Coeur d’ Alene. Craig Hunter, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.

Coeur d’ Alene-based Ascend Pediatric Therapy, a pediatric occupational therapy clinic, has leased 310 square feet of office space, at 501 E. Lakeside, in Coeur d’ Alene, for the clinic’s first location. Craig Hunter and Mary Kienbaum, both of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.
