Spokane Valley-based Horizon Credit Union has promoted Stefanie Robinson to senior vice president of member experience from director of marketing.

Janine-Wynne_web.jpgYWCA Spokane has named Janine Wynne as chief executive officer. Wynne previously worked for the U.S. Department of State as deputy assistant secretary in the Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration.

Andrew-Francis_web.jpgSpokane Valley-based Cancer Care Northwest has hired Dr. Andrew Francis as a surgical oncologist. Francis previously served as a Complex General Surgical Oncology Fellow at Virginia Commonwealth University, in Richmond, Virginia.

Steve-Wenig_web.jpgThe Spokane Symphony has appointed Steve Wenig as executive director. Wenig previously worked for the Oregon Symphony as vice president and general manager.
