Real Estate Transactions and Other Business Moves in the Inland Northwest

San Diego-based real estate investment company ASVM LLC has purchased the 46,800-square-foot retail building at 8851 E. Trent as an investment. The building’s current tenant is an Albertsons grocery store. Aron Cline, of El Segundo, California-based Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, handled the transaction.

Dan and Lisa Cantillana have purchased the nearly 2,000-square-foot office building at 4201 N. Division as an investment. The Cantillanas also operate a Geico insurance office at the location. Doug Byrd and Greg Byrd, both of Byrd Real Estate Group LLC, handled the transaction.

Milwaukie, Oregon-based The Table Times, a publisher of entertainment and restaurant booklets, has leased 1,600 square feet of office space in a multitenant building at 2919 E. Mission for a new office. The publication has 14 offices in Washington, including one in Spokane Valley. Doug Byrd and Sharon Reynolds, both of Byrd Real Estate Group LLC, handled the transaction.

Real estate investment group NSIG LLC has purchased a 4.7-acre mobile home park at 5725 W. Highway 53, in Rathdrum, as an investment. John Thomas Sinclair, Daniel Preston, and Stephen Preston, all of The Broker Sinclair Team at Keller Williams CDA, handled the transaction.

Pinegrove Equity LLC, a Coeur d’Alene-based real estate investment company, has purchased the 3,300-square-foot office building at 1052 W. Mill, in Coeur d’Alene, where it plans to expand its operations. John Thomas Sinclair, of The Broker Sinclair Team at Keller Williams CDA, and Joe Rosen, of Keller Williams CDA, handled the transaction. 

Industrial Design Services Inc., an engineering, design, and drafting consulting company, has leased just under 2,100 square feet of office space in a multitenant building at 7600 Mineral Drive, in Coeur d’Alene, where it has moved from 693 Capstone Court, in Hayden. Pat Eberlin, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.
