Real Estate Transactions and Other Business Moves in the Inland Northwest

 Mallon Properties Holding LLC has purchased the 2,170-square-foot office building at 1328 W. Mallon as an investment. The property was previously the home of a law office. Mike Favret, of Goodale & Barbieri Company, handled the transaction. 

The Outpost Vintage LLC, which does business as Furniture Outpost, a furniture and vintage décor retailer, has leased 8,600 square feet of retail space at 2801 N. Monroe, where it has moved from a smaller location just down the street at 3015 N. Monroe. Jim Orcutt, of NAI Black, handled the transaction. 

Moscow, Idaho-based Cedar Apts LLC has purchased the 14-unit, three-story apartment complex at 105 N. Ninth in Cheney as an investment. Mitch Swenson, of NAI Black, handled the sale of the building. 

Henneberg & Hsu Properties LLC has purchased a 7,600-square-foot office building at 12701 E. Sprague in Spokane Valley, which it intends to remodel into a dental office for an affiliated company, Sunrise Dental. RW Gallion Inc., the building’s previous occupant, will move to 24804 E. Wellesley in Otis Orchards. Marshall Clark, of Clark Pacific Real Estate Company Inc., handled the transaction. 

Rudeen Development Inc. has purchased 7.4 acres of vacant land on the southeast corner of Beck Road and Seltice Way in Post Falls as an investment. The Liberty Lake-based real estate development company eventally plans to build on the site. Pat Eberlin, Chad Burd, and Chris Schreiber, all of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction. 

Seven Cedars LLC, a precision machine shop that provides custom machine work for local manufacturers, has leased 3,000 square feet of office and warehouse space at 50417 Old Highway 95 in Rathdrum, where it has moved from about 1,200 square feet of space located next to owner Melody Possinger’s private residence. The company is expected to begin operations in its new space by the end of August. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.
