Real Estate Transactions and Other Business Moves in the Inland Northwest

Fast food restaurant franchisee CLC Spokane LLC has leased a 25,000-square-foot parcel that’s currently occupied by a building that houses Five Mile Heights Pizza Parlor, at 6409 N. Maple. A new Taco Bell restaurant is expected to be constructed there. Colin Conway and Chad Carper, both of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.

STS Drywall Corp. has signed a three-year lease to occupy 1,200 square feet of space in a multitenant flex-warehouse building at 3707 E. Decatur for its first commercial location. Doug Byrd and Cassandra Becker, both of Byrd Real Estate Group LLC, handled both sides of that transaction.

DeLeon Foods Inc. has purchased a 4,000-square-foot restaurant building formerly occupied by Chapala Mexican Food, at 827 E. Nora, where DeLeon Foods plans to open a new Mexican restaurant. Terry McAleer, of NAI Black, and Steve Peterson, of Coldwell Banker Tomlinson North, handled that transaction.

Investment group OKC Broadway LLC has purchased the 10,700-square-foot Broadway Center office complex at 12211 and 12213 E. Broadway from CCRC LLC, of Spokane. Rob Kannapien, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, and Tim Kestell, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction

Hutton Settlement, a Spokane-based nonprofit dedicated to serving children in need of a safe home, has purchased as an investment a 24,900-square-foot parcel of land with a 2,300-square-foot building occupied by a Fast Lane Quick Lube shop at 484 W. Bosanko, in Coeur d’Alene, from Pend Oreille Associates LLC, of Spokane. Erik Nelson, of Kiemle Hagood, and Bill Brooks, of Selkirk Real Estate, handled the transaction. 

Investment company Chubbs LLC, of Coeur d’Alene, has purchased the 7th Street Apartments, an eight-unit apartment building at 3223 to 3251 N. Seventh, Coeur d’Alene. Chris Schreiber, of Kiemle Hagood, and Chad Oakland, of Northwest Realty Group, handled the transaction.

Balloons& has leased 640 square feet of space at 2026 N. Beebe Drive, Coeur d’Alene, in The Village at Riverstone complex, where it plans to open its first retail store. Chris Schreiber and Pat Eberlin, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.
