Real Estate Transactions and Other Business Moves in the Inland Northwest

Spokane real estate holding company KSA LLC has purchased the 6,300-square-foot East Gate Plaza retail building at 2223 E. Sprague. The company plans to lease out that space to veterinary clinic Affordable Pet Dental Plus, which plans to move from smaller, leased space at 3613 E. Springfield. Erik Nelson and Craig Soehren, of Kiemle Hagood, and Sam Morse, of Cantu Commercial Properties LLC, handled the transaction.

 

CJ Ziegler Construction LLC has leased 1,800 square feet of space in a multitenant building at 2324 E. Euclid, where it has moved to an office space after previously operating out of a home base. Sam Morse, of Cantu Commercial Properties, and Tracy Poff, of Kiemle Hagood, handled that transaction.

 

Greenacres Vendor Mall LLC has leased 11,900 square feet of space from F & C LLC at 16814 E. Sprague, where it has moved from smaller quarters at 17905 E. Appleway. The vintage mall sells merchandise from more than 125 local, independent vendors. Dan Mullenix, of Cantu Commercial Properties, and Greg Byrd, of Byrd Real Estate Group, handled that transaction.

 

Rocky Mountain Liquidation, a Hayden-based overstock discount retailer, has opened its second outlet in 4,500 square feet of leased space in the Riverbend Commerce Park, 4021 W. Riverbend, in Post Falls. The store sells clothing, shoes, and housewares pulled from major retailers. Cory Turnbull, of Select Properties Co., handled the transaction. Its other outlet is at 11407 N. Government Way, in Hayden.

 

Coeur d’Alene-based real estate development company McCarthy Capital Inc. has purchased as an investment 76 acres of land from North Idaho Rose LLC, in Rathdrum, less than a mile west of the intersection of U.S. 95 and Garwood Road. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, represented the buyer. Shawn Aldrich, of Windermere/Coeur d’Alene Realty Inc., represented the seller.

 

Central Valley School District has bought 15 acres of land at 20118 Harvest Parkway, in the Telido Station neighborhood of Liberty Lake, for a planned new middle school. Mike Livingston, of Kiemle Hagood, represented the school district, and Chris Bell, of NAI Black, represented the seller, Telido Station LLC.
