Real Estate Transactions and Other Business Moves in the Inland Northwest

Mad Anthony’s Inc., a Bellevue, Wash.-based restaurant group that operates here as Anthony’s at Spokane Falls, has purchased the building at 618 N. Monroe and neighboring lot on Lincoln Street for future parking expansion. Tim Kestell and Steve McIntosh, both of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.

 

The Grooming Studio, a Spokane pet grooming business, has leased 1,400 square feet of space at 3123 E. Francis, where it has moved from smaller quarters at 2904 E. Francis. Doug Byrd and Cassandra Becker, both of Byrd Real Estate Group LLC, and Cory Barbieri and Stephen Barbieri, both of Goodale & Barbieri Co., handled the transaction.

 

Innovative Electrical Solutions LLC, an electrical contractor, has leased 3,000 square feet of warehouse-and-office space at 695 W. Capstone Court, in Hayden, where it plans to consolidate its operations, which include multiple storage spaces and a smaller office at 7560 N. Government Way, in Dalton Gardens. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled that transaction.

 

Kitchen supplies and gourmet gifts business Gourmet Way has leased 1,400 square feet of space in the Country Plaza retail center at 9321 N. Government Way, in Hayden, where it has moved from smaller quarters at 8222 N. Government Way. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, represented the landlord, Case Commercial Property LLC, and Pat Eberlin, of Kiemle Hagood, represented the tenant.

 

Waco, Texas-based JC USA Inc., which does business here as Jenny Craig, has leased 1,200 square feet of retail space for a new weight loss center at 9311 E. Montgomery, in Argonne Village, where it plans to move from a smaller location at 1437 N. Argonne Road. Colin Conway, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.  

 

Daines Capital LLC, which does business as Daines Capital Commercial Real Estate, has opened in 620 square feet of space at 23403 E. Mission, in Liberty Lake. Currently, designated broker Steven Daines is the only employee of the new brokerage, which opened at the beginning of the month.
