Hayden-based Dollar Fulfillment moves

Company projects continued rise in revenue

November 9, 2017

Macek Consulting LLC, which does business as Dollar Fulfillment, moved last week to a 20,000-square-foot space at 10450 N. Airport Drive, in Hayden, says Jason Macek, owner.

Dollar Fulfillment previously occupied roughly 5,500 square feet of space at 10024 N. Taryne, in Hayden. The business chose to move because it ran out of space and needed to accommodate growth, says Macek.

“We get products shipped to us from China, primarily, and we were out of space to store them. The warehouse was full, and we had shipping containers out back that were full. We had to procure a larger warehouse so we could store more products, ship more products, and grow,” he says.

Describing Dollar Fulfillment as a “mini Amazon,” Macek says the company stores products for online companies and ships them after they’ve been ordered.

Excluding Macek, the company has 15 full-time employees. Additionally, Dollar Fulfillment often hires more employees for the holiday season.

He estimates rev-enue for the 2016 fiscal year was $3.5 million and expects that to increase for the current fiscal year.

Spokane marijuana retailer LYVOD LLC, which does business as The Vault Cannabis, has leased 2,300 square feet of retail space at 2720 E. 29th, where it plans to relocate its Spokane store. Dave Black, Chris Bell, and James Black, all of NAI Black, handled the transaction.

All-terrain vehicle accessory retailer Corbin Custom Works LLC has leased 3,000 square feet of space at 6200 E. Seltice Way, in Post Falls, where it’s moving  from a home base. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.

Industrial
