Valley printing company moves into larger space

Business adds workers as its revenues increase

Pacific Northwest Print & Fulfillment Inc., of Spokane Valley, has moved into 15,300 square feet of leased space in the Bielec Industrial Park, at 18001 E. Euclid, to accommodate substantial business growth, says Chris Ballard, the company’s president and CEO.

Craig Hunter, Rob Kannapien, and Paul Bielec, all of Coeur d’Alene based commercial real estate brokerage Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.

Pacific Northwest Print & Fulfillment previously occupied 11,000 square feet in the Vista Industrial Park, at 111 N. Vista Road, Ballard says. 

The new location will have 13,400 square feet of warehouse space, and the rest will be office space, he says.In addition, the company has purchased 3,500 square feet of covered space for employee parking, he says.Over the past year, the business has added seven employees giving it a total staff of 11.Ballard says the company likely will hire four to five new employees within the next year.

Revenue also has grown 40 percent in the past year, he says.Ballard says the company has been diversifying its services and is now “five business in one.”Pacific Northwest Print & Fulfillment initially specialized in online fulfillment, says Ballard. Services now include traditional stock fulfillment, which include storing and distributing other companies’ goods worldwide; cross-stock fulfillment, which involves breaking down pallets of goods into 800 to 1,200 individual consumer orders per day; print finishing services; marketing for small to midsized companies; and digital printing.The company’s print center includes three printers and graphic artists who manage it and can also provide marketing and fulfillment services.

 

Retail

After having galleries in Texas and California, the art business Andrus Fine Art has relocated and leased 3,600 square feet of space in single-tenant building 6491 E. Seltice Way in Post Falls. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction. 

 

Office & Services

Valley City, N.D.-based electrical contractor Grotberg Electric Inc. has leased a 1,300-square-foot space at 2147 W. Hayden, for its Hayden location, after previously having worked out of a private residence. Craig Hunter, Rob Kannapien, and Dustin Baertsch, all of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.

Northfield Township, Ill.-based insurance provider Allstate Insurance Co. has leased 2,200 square feet of space in the Harbor Ridge commercial center, at 1602 E. Seltice Way, in Post Falls. Pat Eberlin, of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.

Northwest Premiere Solutions LLC, the Coeur d’Alene affiliate of Georgia-based kitchen and bath cabinetry contractor Bekaizen Solutions LLC, has leased 700 square feet of space in the 3655 Commercial Center, at 3655 N. Government Way, for its Coeur d’Alene outlet. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.
