Principals of Citibrokers LLC, a Spokane real estate brokerage, recently acquired a second office location at 1021 E. Hawthorne, on Spokane’s North Side.

The 1,600-square-foot building is the former site of an Inland Northwest Bank branch.

Citibrokers plans to open the new office there on June 1, says Aaron Cunningham, one of the brokerge’s principals.

Spokane commercial real estate brokers Chad Carper, of Kiemle & Hagood Co., and Chris Bell, of NAI Black, negotiated the transaction.

Citibrokers headquarters is located in the third floor of the 1889 Building, at 120 Stevens, downtown. The agency bought the 1889 Building and opened there in 2014.

Citibrokers’ other principals are Landon Cunningham, Nick Barnes, and Brad Moeller.

The agency has 28 brokers whose specialties include residential, investment, development, and commercial real estate.

Crystal Creek LLC, an affiliate of Hayden-based home builder Copper Basin Construction Inc., has bought 12 acres of land near the southeast corner of Country Vista Drive and Legacy Ridge Drive, in Liberty Lake, for an envisioned multifamily housing development. James G. Quigley and Erik Nelson, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.

Retail

Simply Bud LLC, a new marijuana retailer, has leased 3,200 square feet of space formerly occupied by Oriental Spa, at 827 E. Francis on Spokane’s North Side. Jody Johnson, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.

Office

Tapio Counseling, a counseling and life coaching service, has leased 200 square feet of office space on the second floor of the Garden Court building at 222 W. Mission and has moved there from 1010 N. Normandie. Sharon Reynolds, of Byrd Real Estate Group LLC, and Craig Soehren, of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.
