Bothell IT company plans office in Spokane

ISOutsource to start offering services in May

April 8, 2016
LeAnn Bjerken

ISOutsource, a Bothell, Wash.-based information technology consulting and support company, plans to open an office in the Spokane area next month.

According to a recent company press release, a location for the Spokane office hasn’t yet been chosen, but the company plans to open here as early as May 1, with sales and additional engineers coming online quickly.

The company has appointed Matt Simmons to serve as vice chief information officer and general manager of the Inland Northwest region. Simmons studied industrial design at the University of Washington, and has worked in the IT industry for 18 years, including the last three at ISOutsource.

Simmons says the planned office here will host up to seven new employees to serve as consultants, and is expected to be located in north Spokane.

This new office will serve the areas of Spokane, Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, and Coeur d’Alene.

“The Spokane market is one that we see a lot of opportunity in,” he says.

He adds, “There are not only a lot of great small to mid-size businesses, which have always been a great fit for us, but the growth of the technology industry has promising opportunities as well.”

ISOutsource provides full- range IT services including strategic consulting, project implementation, system management, help desk outsourcing, and as-needed support to existing IT teams.

The company says it serves clients with offices all over the world, but a majority of them are in the Northwest.

In the press release, Richard Brunke, ISOutsource president and COO, said expansion here is a natural next step for the company.

“We already have several clients with offices in Spokane who are excited to have resources locally,” he says.

Brunke claims the company is seeing a lot of interest in its services from businesses here.

“We expect to grow at a good pace in Spokane and the greater Inland Northwest region and create some great jobs,” he says.

In addition to its corporate headquarters in Bothell, ISOutsource has offices in Seattle, Tacoma, and Portland. It currently employs 70 people companywide.

ISOutsource is a privately held company owned by Dan Hay, who also serves as company CEO.
