Bouten Construction Co., of Spokane, appears to have structural work mostly completed for the Spokane Teaching Health Center’s $15 million University District Health Clinic, which is located at the southeast edge of the Washington State University Spokane campus. The two-story, 42,000-square-foot clinic is scheduled to be completed next year. NAC|Architecture PS, of Spokane, designed the building.
