Staff Report

The city of Spokane Valley plans to build a $14.4 million city hall, depicted here, at the southeast corner of Sprague Avenue and Dartmouth Road, on the west end of the former University City Shopping Mall. The city is taking public input on design of the structure, which is expected to have up to 50,000 square feet of floor space. The city expects to select a contractor next March and to complete the structure in the spring of 2017.
