Construction is complete at a new multitenant commercial building named Regal Square, on Spokane’s South Hill.

The 7,300-square-foot retail building is located at 5608. S. Regal, about a block beyond the south city limits of Spokane.

No tenants have been announced for Regal Square yet.

Kop Construction Co., of Spokane, erected the retail center, which had a construction cost of $480,000, Spokane County records show, and Clark Architects PS, of Spokane, designed it.
