One Lakeside LLC, of Aspen, Colo., wants to build a 12-story, $20 million-plus mixed-use tower, depicted above, at the northwest corner of First Street and Lakeside Avenue. As envisioned, the structure would have 90,000 square feet of multifamily housing and 42,000 square feet of parking, as well as retail space at street level. Construction could start next year.
