Eastern Washington University is planning a 350-bed residence hall that's estimated to cost $25 million and is to be constructed north of its University Recreation Center. The five-story, 101,000-square-foot building would be funded by the university, and work could begin as early as next spring. ALSC Architects PS, of Spokane, hopes to complete the design of the building by late this year.
