Three companies take space in Worthy's Valley building

Big Class A structure is one-third full now, agent says

Three new tenants are leasing office space in the River View Corporate Center, the big Class A structure in Spokane Valley developed by Worthy Enterprises LLC.

Jack Marr, director of leasing at Worthy Enterprises, says one-third of the office space now is leased in the two-year-old, 250,000-square-foot building, located at 16201 E. Indiana.

Marr says the three most recent tenants are Banner Marketing Inc., a company previously based in Liberty Lake that specializes in furniture advertising campaigns; software development company AssetWorks Inc.; and Justsnooping.com a Spokane Valley-based online marketing company.

Mark Russell, controller at Banner Marketing, says the company moved into 8,500 square feet of office on the building's third floor.

The company previously had been located in a 12,000-square-foot building in Liberty Lake, at 23305 E. Knox. Russell says the company had reduced the size of its staff a couple of years ago and had too much space at the previous location.

Also, he says, the company wanted to move into new space that would present well to visitors.

"This is a step up and better for the company in the long run," Russell says.

Banner currently has 41 employees, 39 of whom work in Spokane. It primarily handles newspaper inserts, direct-mail advertising, web development, and email marketing for furniture retailers nationwide.

AssetWorks Inc., of Spokane Valley, has leased 2,900 square feet of office space on the first floor of the River View building.

Paul Ernsdorff, vice president of development at AssetWorks, says the company plans to move into the new space in July, after its tenant improvements are completed.

The company currently is located in smaller quarters at 300 N. Mullan, in Spokane Valley.

Ernsdorff says the company, formerly Maximus Inc., focuses on developing software used in asset management for corporations.

Marr says Justsnooping.com also has leased office space in the building but hasn't moved in yet.

He referred further questions to company founder Marty Moses, who couldn't be reached for comment. The company currently is located at 608 N. Argonne.
