Demolition work is wrapping up on two old warehouse buildings just southeast of the intersection of Division Street and Riverside Avenue. The project is making way for the first phase of the Riverside extension, which will run east through the Riverpoint Campus. The $3.7 million phase is scheduled to be completed in September. Spokane Rock Products Inc. is the contractor on the project.
