Weber Dental Center will move to its new location at 16212 E. Indiana from its current location along Evergreen Road.

Dr. Anthony Weber, owner and dentist at Weber Dental Center, plans to construct a new 12,000-square-foot multitenant building, in Spokane Valley.

The practice is expected to move to a new building, located at 16212 E. Indiana in Spokane Valley, by July 1, says Weber.

Yost Gallagher Construction, of Spokane, is the contractor for the project. Spokane-based Trek Architecture designed it. Weber declines to disclose the cost of the construction project, although building permit information on file with the city of Spokane Valley lists the project value at $1.7 million.

Weber says the new building will have two suites. He expects the dental office will occupy nearly 7,500 square feet of space in one suite, with 4,500 square feet of space available for lease.

Weber Dental Center currently is located in a 3,000-square-foot office with six dental chairs at 1005 N. Evergreen Road, in Spokane Valley.

Construction for the new dental center building began in mid-October, Weber says.

“They’re working on the site work this week, and they still need to do the foundation and everything,” he says. “It’s just a dirt lot right now.”

Weber’s aunt, Dr. Sue Weishaar, first opened the dentist office, formerly called Weishaar & Weber Dentistry, more than 20 years ago. Weber took over ownership of the practice nearly five years ago, though Weishaar still works as a dentist there.

Weber graduated from the University of Southern California, in Los Angeles, in 2013, where he met his wife, dentist Dr. Lori Weber.

The Webers and Weishaar are the three dentists at Weber Dental Center, and they work with 15 employees at the office, he says.

Weber Dental Center operates 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and provides family, pediatric, and cosmetic dentistry to patients of all ages.
