All Pro Screen Printing & Embroidery Inc. has leased 2,300 square feet of retail space in the Eagle Plaza, at 14415 E. Sprague, in Spokane Valley, for a new textile screen-printing and embroidery shop. Earl Engle, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



Montana Stone Gallery LLC, a Missoula, Mont.-based wholesale distributor of natural stone slabs, has leased 16,000 square feet of floor space in the Spokane Business & Industrial Park, at 3808 N. Sullivan, and has moved an outlet there from smaller quarters at 601 N. Cecil Road, in Post Falls. Dean Stuart, of Crown West Realty LLC, handled the transaction.



Medford Enterprises LLC, doing business as Line-X North, a Spokane franchise operation of a Santa Ana, Calif.-based spray-on truck-bed liner service, has leased 2,000 square feet of floor space at 7318 N. Division and says it has moved there from 1411 N. Division for better visibility. Jim Orcutt, of NAI Black, and Steve Peterson, of Tomlinson North Inc., handled the lease.



Eugene, Ore.-based FGL Sales Corp., doing business as Washington Industrial Supply, which fabricates and maintains band-saw blades, has leased 4,000 square feet of space in the Spokane Business & Industrial Park, at 3808 N. Sullivan. Dean Stuart, of Crown West Realty LLC, handled the transaction.



Catholic Charities of Spokane, a nonprofit social-service provider here, has bought a 1,500-square-foot residential structure at 1006 E. Augusta, where it plans to house members of the Jesuit Volunteer Corps. Shawn C. Nichols, of Cornerstone Property Advisors LLC, and Shane Delaney, of Tomlinson Valley Inc., handled the transaction.



Sara Lee Corp., the Downers Grove, Ill.-based food product manufacturer and marketer, has leased 3,850 square feet of industrial space at 3605 E. Rowan and has moved its Spokane operations there from temporary quarters at the northwest corner of Jackson Avenue and Ruby Street. James S. Black III, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.
