Miller's Towing Service LLC, a new Spokane Valley towing and vehicle-storage service, has leased 2,200 square feet of warehouse space at 110 N. Dale. Snookie Anderson and Mike King, both of Stonemark Real Estate Co., handled the transaction.



Exit Real Estate-North has leased 3,100 square feet of floor space at 1104 W. Francis and has moved its office there from larger quarters at 8524 N. Wall. Michael Mathis, of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.



Century Archives Northwest LLC, a Spokane document storage, management, and archiving service, has leased 5,600 square feet of storage space in the Spokane Business & Industrial Park, at 3808 N. Sullivan. Dean Stuart, of Crown West Realty LLC, and Tracy Lucas and Mark Lucas, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.



Enterprise Rent-A-Car Co., the St. Louis-based auto rental company, has leased 1,700 square feet of space in the Towne Center Mall, at 2624 N. Government Way, in Coeur d'Alene, and plans to move a branch operation there from 411 W. Haycraft, in Coeur d'Alene. Carl Guenzel and Eric Nelson, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.
