Northwest HVAC/R Association & Training Center, a nonprofit education and training organization, has bought a 7,500-square-foot office building at 204 E. Nora and has moved there from leased space at 811 E. Sprague. Doug Byrd, of Byrd Real Estate Group LLC, and Mike King, of Stonemark Real Estate Co., handled the transaction.



Pacific Northwest Print & Fulfillment Inc., of Spokane Valley, has leased 10,800 square feet of space in the Vista Industrial Park, at 111 N. Vista, and has moved there from 17702 E. Sprague. Tracy Poff, Mark Lucas, and Tracy Lucas, all of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.



The Decal Factory, of Spokane, has leased 2,000 square feet of floor space in the Paulsen Center, at 421 W. Riverside, and has moved there from 915 W. Second. Marc Mowrer, of Kiemle & Hagood Co., and Lisa Dowers, of West & Wheeler LLC, handled the transaction.



Spokane Kenpo Karate LLC, a new martial arts studio, has leased 850 square feet of space in the Josef Center, at 164 S. Washington. Bob Spooner, of Goodale & Barbieri Co., and Colin Conway, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



William & Janet Gabrio, of Spokane, have bought as an investment a 6,500-square-foot multitenant retail building at 9309 E. Trent. Jim Orcutt, of NAI Black, and Greg Tapley, of Cantu Commercial Properties LLC, handled the transaction.



Stylin'Works Digital Graphics, of Spokane Valley, has leased 1,400 square feet of space at 2224 N. Locust and has moved there from 9922 E. Montgomery. Doug Byrd, of Byrd Real Estate Group LLC, handled the transaction.
