The Spokane franchise of Other Mothers, a Phoenix, Ariz.-based concern that sells new and used women's, children's, and maternity clothes and children's furniture, has leased 5,300 square feet of floor space in the Whitworth Square shopping center, at 10208 N. Division, and plans to move its North Side store there due to a roof collapse at its space at 9107 N. Country Homes Blvd. Carl Guenzel and Erik Nelson, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.



Gonzalez & Rodriguez LLC, doing business as Atilano's Mexican Food, has leased 3,700 square feet of space at the former site of A Taste of Asia, at 725 W. Third, and has opened a restaurant there. Rebecca Minard, of Motion Realty LLC, handled the transaction.



Pure Filtration Products Inc., a new supplier of residential and commercial air and fluid filters, has leased 6,000 square feet of floor space in the Broadway Industrial Park, at 4008 E. Broadway. Tracy Lucas and Mark Lucas, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.



Community Cremation Service, of Spokane, has leased 3,400 square feet of floor space at 13127 E. Sprague, in Spokane Valley, for a second branch. Its other branch is at 4407 N. Division. Chad Carper, Doug Dittamore, Michael Mathis, and Erik Nelson, all of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.



Certified Folder Display Service Inc., a Vista, Calif.-based distributor of printed tourist-information brochures, has leased 4,000 square feet of office and warehouse space in the Spokane Business & Industrial Park, at 3808 N. Sullivan. Chase Breckner, of Crown West Realty LLC, handled the transaction.



AJ Distribution Inc., a Lakewood, Wash.-based casket distributor, has leased 4,800 square feet of warehouse space in the Spokane Business & Industrial Park, at 3808 N. Sullivan. Chase Breckner, of Crown West Realty Inc., handled the transaction.



KVC Inc., a Spokane jeweler, has leased 3,000 square feet of retail space at 9725 N. Division and plans to move there in mid-June from smaller quarters at 220 E. Wellesley. Duane Hollis and Michael Dullanty, both of Cornerstone Property Advisors LLC, handled the transaction.
