MetLife Auto & Home, of Warrick, R.I., has leased 1,100 square feet of floor space in the Springfield Center, at 15404 E. Springfield, and has moved its Spokane Valley office there from smaller quarters at 2510 N. Pines. Marc Mowrer, of Kiemle & Hagood Co., and Vic Overholser, of SDS Realty Inc., handled the lease.



San Diego-based Cricket Communications Inc., the wireless telecommunications service provider, has leased 1,300 square feet of space for a new retail outlet at 1902 W. Northwest Blvd. Duane Hollis and Guy Byrd, both of Cornerstone Property Advisors LLC, handled the transaction.



Cook Security Group Inc., a Milwaukie, Ore.-based security product and services provider, has leased 2,900 square feet of floor space for a new branch at 6501 E. Trent. Tracy Lucas and Mark Lucas, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.



Beauty & the Beach, a Cheney hair, tanning, and massage-therapy salon, has leased 1,800 square feet of floor space at 317 First, in Cheney, and has moved there from smaller quarters at 209 First. Dennis Beringer, of Byrd Real Estate Group LLC, handled the transaction.

Cassano's Italian Grocery has bought a two-story, 12,000-square-foot building that formerly housed Piccolo's Market, at 2002 E. Mission, and has moved there from a smaller space at 314 E. Sprague. Matthew Byrd, and Shawn Nichols, both of Cornerstone Property Advisors LLC, handled the transaction.



Premier Auction Inc., a Post Falls auction house, has bought a 5,200-square-foot building at 674 N. Pleasant View Road and plans to move there from leased space it occupies at 4209 W. Riverbend. Craig Hunter, Rob Kannapien, and Mike Gregg, all of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.



S.A. Gonzales Construction Inc., of Newman Lake, has bought 7 acres at 501 N. Haven, in Spokane, for future development. Scott Person and Earl Engle, both of NAI Black, and Tracy Lucas, of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.



G&A Flooring LLC, a Spokane flooring and countertop installer, has leased 1,900 square feet of floor space at 6501 E. Trent and plans to move there in June from 2324 E. Euclid. Tracy Poff, Tracy Lucas, and Mark Lucas, all of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.
