Raab Chiropractic LLC, of Spokane, has leased 1,400 square feet of office space in a retail center anchored by Hancock Fabrics, at 1020 W. Francis, and plans to move there in October from 515 W. Francis. Guy D. Byrd, of Cornerstone Property Advisors LLC, and Jon Jeffreys, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



Parkview Early Learning Center, a day-care provider, has leased 6,900 square feet of space at 5122 N. Division and has moved there from similarly sized leased space at 4417 W. Wellesley. James S. Black III, of NAI Black, and Justin Asher, of Prodigy Sales & Management, handled the transaction.



Homeowners Association Services Inc., a property management firm, has leased 300 square feet of space at 408 N. Mullan in Spokane Valley and has moved there from 304 S. Conklin. Jeff McGougan and Colin Conway, both of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



MMG-Investments LLC, of Spokane, has bought as an investment a 12,400-square-foot office building at 1401 N. Calispel. Michael Mathis and Mark Mowrer, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.



Larrick Law Office has leased 1,200 square feet of office space on the sixth floor of the Paulsen Center, at 421 W. Riverside, and has moved there from smaller quarters at 211 W. Main. Marc Mowrer, of Kiemle & Hagood Co., and Lisa Dowers, of West & Wheeler LLC, handled the transaction.



Spokane Mental Health a nonprofit service provider, has leased 2,200 square feet of office space, at 400 S. Jefferson, for its research arm, Frontier Institute, and plans to move Frontier there next month from smaller quarters in Deaconess Medical Center, at 800 W. Fifth. Michael Mathis, of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.



Rural Community Assistance Corp., a West Sacramento, Calif.-based nonprofit that assists in obtaining financing and developing infrastructure in low-income, rural communities, has leased 1,400 square feet of office space, at 1403 S. Grand, and has moved its Inland Northwest office there from smaller quarters at 408 N. Mullan, in Spokane Valley. Michael Mathis, of Kiemle & Hagood Co., and Rocky White, of Coldwell Banker Northwest Group, handled the transaction.



The Donut House, a Hayden, Idaho-based doughnut maker, has leased 2,400 square feet of floor space for a retail outlet in the Lakeland Square shopping center, in Rathdrum, Idaho. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction. The Donut House also operates outlets in Coeur d'Alene and Post Falls.



Gloria Roberts, of Spokane Valley, has bought as an investment an 1,800-square-foot office building at 12929 E. Riverside. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.
