509 Inc., a snowmobile video and accessory distributor, has leased 4,900 square feet of space at 2501 N. Farr and plans to move there in July from smaller quarters in the Legion Building, at 342 W. Riverside. Doug Byrd, of Byrd Real Estate Group LLC, and Mark and Tracy Lucas, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.



Bark & Snip LLC, a new dog-grooming salon and boutique, has leased 700 square feet of space at 626 W. Garland. Colin Conway, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.

INGfertility LLC, a Valleyford, Wash.-based maker of commercial fertility products for people, has leased 2,100 square feet of office space on the second floor of the Ben Burr Building, at 5919 S. Regal, and has moved its Spokane office there from smaller quarters at 3308 E. 57th. Jon Jeffreys, of NAI Black, handled the lease transaction.



Generation Alive, of Spokane, a nonprofit Christian teen organization, has leased 800 square feet of office space on the second floor of the Paulsen Center, at 421 W. Riverside, and has moved its former home-based operation there. Jon Jeffreys, of NAI Black, and Lisa Dowers, of the Paulsen Center, handled the lease.



SiteCrafting Inc., a Tacoma-based Web site design firm, has leased 1,600 square feet of space at 152 S. Jefferson and has moved its Spokane operations there from 655 N. Riverpoint Blvd. Jeff McGougan and Colin Conway, both of NAI Black, and Cody George, of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the lease.



Spokane Speech Language Pathology PLLC, a new Spokane speech-therapy practice, has leased 900 square feet of space on the third floor of the Northtown Office Building, at 4407 N. Division. Jon Jeffreys, of NAI Black, and Michael Mathis, of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.



Edward D. Jones & Co., a St. Louis-based investment brokerage, has leased a 1,400-square-foot, one-story office building at 16114 E. Indiana and has opened a branch there. James S. Black III and Scott Person, both of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



Pampered by Priscilla, a skin-care salon, has leased 400 square feet of floor space on the second floor of the Ben Burr Building, at 5919 S. Regal, and has moved there from smaller quarters at 1001 W. 25th. Jon Jeffreys, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



Ronald M. Klein Ph.D., a clinical and forensic psychologist, has leased 800 square feet of office space in the Peyton Building, at 10 N. Post, and has moved his practice there from the Chase Financial Center, at 601 W. Main. Michael Mathis and Alison Bantz, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.
