Boise-based Green Home LLC, a home energy-efficiency improvement contractor, has leased 4,200 square feet of space in the Spokane Business & Industrial Park, at 3808 N. Sullivan, and has opened a branch office there. Chase Breckner, of Crown West Realty LLC, handled the transaction.



AJR LLC, a Spokane-based real estate investment company, has bought as an investment a 4,500-square-foot, one-story commercial building at 12215 E. Trent. Greg Tapley, of Cantu Commercial Properties LLC, handled the transaction.



Byrd Real Estate Group LLC, a commercial real estate firm, has leased 1,300 square feet of space on the second floor of the Teamsters Building, at 1912 N. Division, and plans to move its office there from a similar-sized space at 101 W. Cataldo. Doug Byrd, of Byrd Real Estate Group, handled the transaction.



Elements Therapeutic Massage has leased 2,300 square feet of floor space at 3209 E. 57th, in the Moran Prairie Shopping Center, and plans to move there in December from smaller quarters in that center. Guy Byrd, of Cornerstone Property Advisors LLC, handled the transaction.



Cricket Communications Inc., a San Diego-based telecommunications carrier has leased 5,100 square feet of office space in the Springfield Center, at 15404 E. Springfield, in Spokane Valley, and plans to move its Spokane-area office there from smaller quarters in the Holley Mason Building, at 157 S. Howard. Mark Mowrer and Mike Livingston, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., and Scott Person, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



Lewiston-based LW Flowers, a wholesale florist supplier, has leased 1,500 square feet of floor space in the Vista Industrial Park, at 111 N. Vista, for a new branch. Mark Lucas, Tracy Lucas, and Tracy Poff, all of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.



Al and Vickie Standal, owners of Spokane Power Tool & Hardware Inc., have bought an 8,500-square-foot warehouse building at 126 N. Pittsburg and plan to vacate leased warehouse space in the Great Northern Building, at 802 E. Spokane Falls Blvd. Tracy Lucas, Mark Lucas, and Jim Quigley, all of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction. Spokane Power Tool's retail outlet is at 801 E. Spokane Falls Blvd.
