MetaXpert LLC, of Spokane Valley, the parent company of Tometa Sofware Inc., which develops custom software, has leased 2,500 square feet of office space at 2310 N. Molter and has moved there from smaller quarters at 6614 E. Main. Marc Mowrer, of Kiemle & Hagood Co., and Vic Overholser and Steve Schmautz, both of SDS Realty Inc., handled the transaction.



Rick and Shelly Peterson, owners of Fikes Northwest Corp., a Spokane Valley odor control, sanitation, and janitorial supply company, have developed a 3,000-square-foot building at 13401 E. Trent and have moved their business there from smaller, leased quarters at 11616 E. Montgomery.



Denver-based CH2M Hill Inc. has leased 3,100 square feet of floor space at 5805 E. Sharp for a new branch office. Carlos Herrera and Mark McLees, both of NAI Black, and Doug Byrd, of Byrd Real Estate Group LLC, handled the transaction.



Pentecostal Missionary Church of Christ has bought the former Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints church at 2004 E. Ninth. Dennis Beringer, of Byrd Real Estate Group, and Heather Scholten, of Re/Max Preferred Inc., handled the transaction.



The International Trade Alliance, a Spokane nonprofit that promotes international business in the Inland Northwest, has leased 1,850 square feet of floor space on the third floor of the Washington Mutual Financial Center, at 601 W. Main, and plans to move there from the Spokane Regional Business Center, at 801 W. Riverside. Gordon Hester and Michael Mathis, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., and Wendy Kliment, of Windermere Real Estate/Manito LLC, handled the transaction.



Hubbell Inc., an Orange, Conn.-based manufacturer of lighting and electrical products, has leased 1,750 square feet of office space in the Edmo Distributors Inc. building, at 12830 E. Mirabeau, where it plans to move its management team for about six months as it completes the closure of the former Columbia Lighting Inc. plant, in the Spokane Business & Industrial Park, at 3808 N. Sullivan.



Real Deal Wholesalers LLC, a wholesaler of linens, cookware, and bath towels, has leased 2,200 square feet of space at 1620 N. Mamer and has moved its operations there from the Seattle area. Doug Byrd, of Byrd Real Estate Group LLC, and James S. Black III, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



Structural Forte Inc., a Spokane engineering concern, has leased 1,600 square feet of floor space in the North Spokane Financial Center, at 7303 N. Division, and plans to move there from smaller quarters at 1500 W. Fourth. Dennis Beringer, of Byrd Real Estate Group LLC, and Michael Mathis, of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.
