Construction is proceeding on an expansion at the Northern Quest Casino that will add dining areas and a gaming floor that will be three times as large as the current gaming floor. J.E. Dunn Construction Group Inc., of Kansas City, Mo., is the contractor on the project. Hill International Inc., of Marlton, N.J., is coordinating the work, and Hnedak Bobo Group Inc., of Memphis, Tenn., designed it.
