Collabra Technology inks Windermere as first enterprise client

Windermere offices to be property-tech startup's initial enterprise client

June 8, 2023

Collabra Technology Inc. CEO Russ Cofano says the Spokane-based property-technology company has launched the enterprise version of SphereBuilder and signed on over 300 new users, just two months after the company introduced its new Realtor tools for agents.

Cofano says the enterprise version of SphereBuilder—an app designed to help real estate professionals grow their digital marketing presence and digital marketing capabilities—will provide information identical to the version for individual agents. In addition, the enterprise service will provide performance metrics for an entire brokerage.

The company’s first enterprise client is Windermere Real Estate, which has over 300 agents across multiple offices in the Spokane area that now have access to the technology.

“This is our first enterprise customer, and we are working very closely with Windermere as they bring the technology to their agents,” he says. “Part of the value proposition that we want to bring is sort of a consulting approach to how they can utilize analytics that they’ve never had before to the benefit of their agents.”

The enterprise version of SphereBuilder will provide Collabra’s clients with metrics that are broken down into office locations or other subgroups as needed.

“They’re able to use that information as a coaching and productivity tool,” says Cofano. “And the enterprise version allows for proxy use. If the agent has an assistant, then they can allow that other person to go in and do some of the things that the individual agent in the other version would have to do for themselves.”

Collabra began working on bringing the enterprise version of SphereBuilder to market alongside the initial version, although Cofano says that Windermere’s interest expedited the platform’s release.

“It was a fair amount of work that we had to put in to make it, but now we’re really pleased with the initial sort of offering and like the individual agent’s application, we’ll continue to iterate and continue to leverage the feedback we’re getting from Windermere to make it better,” he says.

Agents at seven Windermere offices in Spokane have access to the new tool.

Dallas Becker, owner of Windermere Real Estate North Spokane/Deer Park, says in a press release that Windermere’s strategic objective this year is to help agents become better digital marketers.

“Collabra’s SphereBuilder stood out as a differentiated platform that consolidates the many marketing investments that agents must make to become and stay relevant,” Becker says.

Collabra’s SphereBuilder app costs a monthly subscription of $49 for individuals. The cost of the enterprise version is negotiable depending on the number of agents in a brokerage.

Cofano says he’s pleased with the rate of adoption since the May 16 launch, although he declines to disclose the total number of active users.

“Obviously, there’s room to grow, but we’re very pleased with the adoption so far, and the feedback we’re getting has been very positive,” he asserts.
