Permitted multifamily units—such as the 36-unit Falls Tower luxury condominium building under development on Spokane's North Bank neighborhood—are up over 12% in Spokane County, but the market is showing signs of stabilization after significant growth in the last two years.

Stone Properties Group are preparing for the construction of a 12-story, 36-unit luxury multifamily condominium tower, located at 630 N. Lincoln, in Spokane's North Bank neighborhood. Spokane-based Walker Construction Inc. is the general contractor for foundation and concrete work at the site, which together are valued at $5.7 million, city of Spokane permit information shows. The Spokane office of Seattle-based Collins Woerman Co., designed the project.
