Groundwork has started at the site of the Falls Tower project, where developers at Spokane-based L.B. Stone Properties Group are preparing for the construction of a 12-story, 36-unit luxury multifamily condominium tower, located at 630 N. Lincoln, in Spokane's North Bank neighborhood. Spokane-based Walker Construction Inc. is the general contractor for foundation and concrete work at the site, which together are valued at $5.7 million, city of Spokane permit information shows. The Spokane office of Seattle-based Collins Woerman Co., designed the project.
