
Closed single-family home sales in the Spokane area totaled 436 in March, a 9.4% decrease from the year-earlier total of 481, according to the latest market snapshot posted through the Spokane Association of Realtors’ Multiple Listing Service.
After that drop, year-to-date sales total 1,131, a 0.7% increase over the same period in 2024.
The median price in March was $412,000, down 2.1% from the March 2024 median price of $421,000.
Inventory at the end of March totaled 955 units, which represents a 2.2-month supply, up 27.5% from the year-earlier count of 749 units, which represented a 1.6-month supply, the snapshot shows.
New listings totaled 799, a 20.3% year-over-year increase.
