
Closed single-family home sales in the Spokane area totaled 483 in April, down just two sales, or 0.4%, from the same month last year, according to the latest market snapshot posted through the Spokane Association of Realtors’ Multiple Listing Service.
In March, home sales totaled 436.
Year-to-date sales total 1,630, a 1.4% increase over the same period last year.
The median closed price for April was $430,000, up less than a percent compared to April 2024’s median price of $426,000.
Inventory at the end of April totaled 1,131 units, which represents a 2.3-month supply. That’s a 30% increase over last year’s inventory total through April.
New listings last month reached 996, a nearly 10% increase over April 2024.
