Real Estate Transactions and Other Business Moves in the Inland Northwest

Spokane-based Kancor LLC has purchased the 1.5-acre Bowdish RV Storage facility at 503 N. Bowdish Road as an investment. Rob Kannapien, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, and John Leland, of Re/Max Inland Empire, handled the transaction.

OAC Services Inc., a Seattle-based construction company, has leased 3,300 square feet of office space in a multitenant building at 1717 S. Rustle, where the company plans to move its Spokane office from 905 W. Riverside. Mike Livingston and Jamie Moesges, both of Kiemle Hagood, and Nick Brumback and Ryan Lewis, both of Brumback Real Estate & Construction, handled the transaction.

AmpliFi Advertising, formerly BHW1 LLC, has leased just under 4,000 square feet of office space in the Riverwalk building at 1003 E. Trent, where it has moved from 522 W. Riverside. Ron White, of WEB Properties Inc.; Mark McLees, of NAI Black; and Francesca Baier and Maddie Baier, of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, handled the transaction. 

Spokane-based Impact Fitness has leased 3,250 square feet of office space in a multitenant building at 1011 E. Second, where it has moved from smaller quarters at 508 W. Sixth. Clayton McFarland, of Goodale & Barbieri Co., and Andy Butler, of WEB Properties Inc., handled the transaction.

Cheney-based Hatten Properties LLC has purchased the 2,200-square-foot Lenny's American Italian Cuisine restaurant at 1204 First, in Cheney, as an investment. Brent Johnson and Mark McLees, both of NAI Black, and Paul Tinnon, of Keller Williams Realty Spokane, handled the transaction.

Coeur d'Alene-based counseling services provider Cultivation LLC has leased 1,800 square feet of office space in a multitenant building at 1101 E. Polston, in Post Falls, for a second location. Chris Schreiber, of Kiemle Hagood, and Silas Bates, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.
