Real Estate Transactions and Other Business Moves in the Inland Northwest

Spokane Sports Commission has leased 3,000 square feet of retail space at 201 W. North River Drive, where it has moved from its previous location at 714 N. Iron Bridge Way. Cory Barbieri and Bob Spooner, both of Goodale & Barbieri Co., handled the transaction.

Homeowners Association Services Inc., a homeowner association management company, has leased 1,400 square feet of office space in the Hutton Building, at 9 S. Washington, in downtown Spokane, where it has moved from a smaller space at 11808 E. Mansfield, in Spokane Valley. Cody George and Dina Cole, both of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.

Workwell Consultants LLC, a health care lab screening services company, has leased 2,000 square feet of office space at 12018 E. First, in Spokane Valley, where it plans to move from about 1,500 square feet of space at 818 W. Riverside. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.

Seattle-based Point No Point LLC has purchased the 26,500-square foot office building at 8775 E. Mission, in Spokane Valley, as an investment. CompuCom Systems Inc. is a current tenant of the building. Erik Nelson and Craig Soehren, both of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.

Airway Heights-based 13315 W. 13th LLC has purchased the 3,700-square-foot warehouse at 13315 W. 13th, in Airway Heights, as an investment. Brent Johnson and John Powers, both of NAI Black, handled the transaction.

Spokane Valley-based Buy Rite Investments LLC has purchased 1.4 acres of land at 751 S. Lochsa, in the Riverbend Commerce Park, in Post Falls, as an investment. Chad Burd and Pat Eberlin, both of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.
