Boise, Idaho-based commercial real estate company TOK Commercial LLC has hired Jim Koon to work at its Coeur d’Alene-based office. Koon has 37 years of experience in commercial real estate.

URM Stores as appointed Roger F. White as its CEO. Effective June 1, White will succeed Ray Sprinkle as CEO and president. He previously worked for Salt Lake City-based Associated Food Stores.

Baker Construction & Development has hired Nezar Nimri as director of business development. Nimri previously worked in leadership roles for Apple and Target.

The Gonzaga University School of Law has named Crystal Gamache as program developer for its Conaway Family Children and Parents Representation and Justice Initiative, which is aimed at advancing the rights of children and families in need. Gamache is a graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law.  She is the recipient of the James A. D’Angelo Outstanding Child Advocate Award.

 Spokane-based ZBA Architecture has promoted Sarah Brede to principal architect. Brede previously worked as an associate architect.

Former U.S. Attorney Vanessa Waldref and former Assistant U.S. Attorney Dan Fruchter have joined the Spokane office of San Diego-based law firm Singleton Schreiber LLP as partners. Waldref and Fruchter both wrapped up their roles with the U.S. Department of Justice earlier this year. Waldref served at the Department of Justice since 2013, first as an assistant U.S. attorney. She became the U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Washington in 2021 and was the first woman to hold the position. Fruchter served as chief of the fraud and white-collar crime unit in the Eastern District of Washington between 2017 and 2025.

Washington Employment Security Department has hired Mike McBride as regional labor economist covering North Central and Northeast Washington. McBride previously worked for Spokane Workforce Council as a business and industry analyst.

Innovia Foundation has hired Cori Noll as a program associate. Noll received an associate’s degree in social services from Spokane Falls Community College.
