Real Estate Transactions and Other Business Moves in the Inland Northwest

Spokane-based Turner Family Enterprises LLC has purchased as an investment nearly 7 acres of vacant land on the southwest corner of Bigelow Gulch Road and Jensen Road. Gene Arger, of G. Arger Company Real Estate Inc., handled the transaction.

Spokane-based Julfrakids LLC has purchased as an investment the 22,600-square-foot multitenant Colville Center, at 102 Ponderosa Road, in Colville. Current tenants include a Dollar Tree, Papa Murphy's, Cricket Wireless, and Subway. Guy Byrd, Nate Grant, and John Hillier, all of SVN Cornerstone, handled the transaction. SVN Cornerstone also has been hired to manage the property.

Deer Park-based MJ Mack Properties LLC has purchased as an investment the 12,700-square-foot industrial and office building at 3850 Schreiber Way, in Coeur d'Alene. The multitenant building currently is occupied by Tricksters Brewery and Coeur d'Alene Ninja. Chris Schreiber, of Kiemle Hagood, and Drew Ulrick, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.

Layton, Utah-based Coeur d'Alene Hotel Partners LLC has purchased as an investment 1.3 acres of land at 1381 N. Northwood Center Court, in Coeur d'Alene. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, and Christopher Hatch, of Salt Lake City-based Legend Partners, handled the transaction.

Sandpoint, Idaho-based AquaGem Jewelry, a jewelry retailer, has leased 1,200 square feet of retail space in the Costco Plaza, at 3500 N. Government Way, in Coeur d'Alene, for a new store. The jeweler also is moving its Sandpoint outlet to the Bonner Mall, in Ponderay, Idaho. Cheryl Klein, of Kiemle Hagood, and Danny Davis, of Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.

Post Falls-based Happy Homes Rental Services, a property management company, has leased 1,100 square feet of office space in a multitenant building at 1206 N. Idaho, in Post Falls, where it plans to move from its current location at 3355 E. Poleline, in Post Falls. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.
