Real Estate Transactions and Other Business Moves in the Inland Northwest

Bend, Oregon-based SFP-E LLC has purchased as an investment the 5,000-square-foot retail center at 817 W. Third, formerly occupied by Troy’s Tires. Taylor Gibbons, of SVN Cornerstone, handled the transaction.

Liberty Lake-based Molter Business Suites LLC purchased the two-story, 35,000-square-foot medical office building at 2207 N. Molter Road, in Liberty Lake, as an investment. Steve McIntosh, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.

Spokane-based JTMB LLC has purchased the 6,300-square-foot retail center and the 28,000-square-foot parcel of land at 10633 E. Sprague, in Spokane Valley, as an investment. Craig Soehren, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction. 

Seattle-based Greenrich Village LLC has purchased the 90-unit, 73,200-square-foot apartment complex at 1815 N. Hutchinson Road, in Spokane Valley, as an investment. Darren Slackman, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.

Nampa, Idaho-based Dr Pipeline LLC, a sewer line inspection and construction company, has leased 3,000 square feet of office and warehouse space at 407 Old Highway 95, in Rathdrum, for a new satellite location. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction. 

Coeur d’Alene-based Tractor Beverage Inc., a producer of certified organic beverages, has leased 2,000 square feet of office and warehouse space at 147 E. Aqua Circle, in Dalton Gardens, where it plans to expand its operations. The company is at capacity at its current location at 212 W. Ironwood Drive, in Coeur d’Alene, says company spokeswoman Kristen Carlisle, and is leasing the space to accommodate growth. Craig Hunter, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.
