Spokane-based Happy Hugs LLC, a construction services company that does business as Hug Construction, has purchased the 20,300 square foot industrial building at 331 N. Fancher Road in Spokane Valley, where it plans to move from its current location at 630 W. Shannon, in Spokane. Tim Kestell, of Kiemle Hagood, and Jon Jeffreys, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.

Spokane-based Snow & Cordill I-90 Investments LLC has purchased a 10,300-square-foot office and warehouse building at 12620 E. Indiana, in Spokane Valley, as an investment. Mark Lucas, Tracy Lucas, and Tracy Poff, all of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.

Newport Beach, California-based Excalibur Property Holdings LLC has purchased 1.3 acres of property at 1381 N. Northwood Court, in Coeur d'Alene, as an investment. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, and Christopher Hatch, of Colorado-based Legend Partners, handled the transaction.
