Seattle-based Grand Coulee Building LLC has purchased the 43,900-square-foot retail and residential Grand Coulee Building, at 106 S. Cedar, as an investment. The building has 49 residential units and seven retail spaces. Cody George, of Kiemle Hagood, and Mark McLees, of NAI Black, handled the transaction. 

Spokane-based CKAB Holdings Inc. has purchased the 7,600-square-foot Al's Motel, at 1417 N. Division, as an investment. Taylor Gibbons, of SVN Cornerstone, handled the transaction. 

AutoZone Parts Inc. has leased 7,600 square feet of retail space in a multitenant building at 9211 E. Montgomery, in Spokane Valley, for a new store. Colin Conway, of Kiemle Hagood, and Taylor Gibbons, of SVN Cornerstone, handled the transaction. AutoZone has four other stores in the Spokane area. 

Spokane-based 5x5 Productions Inc., a video-production and management company, has leased 730 square feet of office space in a multitenant building at 12308 E. Broadway, in Spokane Valley, for a new location. Tim Kestell and Dina Cole, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction. 

Spokane Valley-based Moyels LLC has purchased the 5,000-square-foot office building at 802 N. Fancher Road, in Spokane Valley, as an investment. Darren Slackman, of NAI Black, handled the transaction. 

Coeur d'Alene-based tattoo shop Northwest Tattoo Museum & Tattooing has leased 1,600 square feet of retail space in a multitenant building at 2934 N. Government Way, in Coeur d'Alene, where it plans to move from 510 N. Fourth, in Coeur d'Alene. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, and Verena Weiss, of Professional Realty Services Idaho, handled the transaction.
