Spokane

Konala LLC, which does business as Konala, a Post Falls-based restaurant chain, has leased 2,000 square feet of retail space at The Matilda, at 1028 N. Hamilton, in Spokane, for the chain’s fourth location. Greg Byrd, of Byrd Real Estate Group, represented the landlord. Andrew Keef, of SVN Cornerstone, represented the tenant.

Lilac City Legal PLLC has leased 1,200 square feet of office space at 101 W. Cataldo, in Spokane, for the Spokane-based law firm’s first location. Greg Peach, of NAI Black, represented the lessee in the transaction.

Chattaroy-based Maggies Mattress LLC, which does business as Mattress by Appointment, has leased 1,800 square feet of retail space at 220 E. Francis, in Spokane, for the mattress store’s new location. Greg Peach, of NAI Black, represented the lessee in the transaction.

Lincoln Tax LLC, a Spokane-based tax preparation service company, has leased 510 square feet of office space at the Paulsen Center, at 421 W. Riverside, in Spokane, for the company’s first location. Greg Peach, of NAI Black, represented the lessee in the transaction.

Mopiki LLC, which does business as Mopiki, a Spokane-based residential cleaning service company, has leased 500 square feet of office space at 2020 W. Northwest Blvd., in Spokane, for the company’s first location. Greg Peach, of NAI Black, represented the lessee in the transaction. 

Spokane Valley

BitByte Inc., which does business as Bit Elixir, a Spokane Valley-based software development company, has leased 1,200 square feet of industrial space at 11802-11816 E. Mansfield, in Spokane, for the company’s new location. Drew Ulrick, of TOK Commercial, handled the transaction.

A1A Inc., a Seattle-based medical supplies company, has leased a 1,900-square-foot office and warehouse building at 1511 S. Pines Road, in Spokane Valley, for the company’s fourth location. Greg Peach, of NAI Black, represented the lessee in the transaction.

Prolific LLC, a Spokane Valley-based investment company, has purchased a 2,100-square-foot retail building at 12722 E. Sprague, in Spokane Valley, for future development. Mark McLees and Jeff Johnson, both of NAI Black, handled the transaction.

Auburn, Washington-based J.G. Neil & Co. LLC, a food service brokerage company, has leased 4,300 square feet of industrial space at 2224 N. Locust, in Spokane Valley, for the company’s fifth location. Doug Byrd, of Byrd Real Estate Group, represented the landlord. Christian Alfaro, of Kiemle Hagood, represented the tenant. 

Airway Heights

Spokane-based Roadrunner Evaluations LLC, a commercial driver's license testing company, has leased about an acre of land at 2310 S. Hayden Road, in Airway Heights, for the company’s first location. Greg Peach, of NAI Black, represented the lessee in the transaction. 

North Idaho

Post Falls-based Sunflower Massage Therapy has leased 660 square feet of retail and office space at 614 E. Seltice Way, in Post Falls, for the massage spa’s first location. Craig Hunter, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.

True Line Surveying, a Hayden-based land surveying company, has leased a 2,900-square-foot office and warehouse building at 3881 Schreiber Way, in Coeur d’Alene, for the company’s new location, after moving from elsewhere in Hayden. Craig Hunter, of Kiemle Hagood, represented the tenant. Mary Kienbaum, also of Kiemle Hagood, represented the landlord.

Coeur d’Alene-based Patriot Supplements LLC, which does business as Patriot Supplements Health & Wellness, a vitamins and supplements store, has leased 1,900 square feet of retail space at Early Dawn Commercial Center, at 4129 E. Early Dawn, in Post Falls, for the store’s third location. Craig Hunter, of Kiemle Hagood, and Danny Davis, of TOK Commercial, represented the landlord. Jacob Miles, of Real Broker, represented the tenant.

Hayden-based Pacific Northwest Battery & Parts LLC, a hybrid car battery repair company, has leased 640 square feet of warehouse space at 3815 Schreiber Way, in Coeur d’Alene, for the company’s first location. Rob Kannapien, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.

Coeur d’Alene-based Scout Discoveries Corp., a mining company, has leased a 3,600-square-foot commercial building, at 520 E. Coeur d’Alene, in Coeur d’Alene, for the company’s new location, after moving from elsewhere in Coeur d’Alene. Mary Kienbaum and Pat Eberlin, both of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.

San Fransisco-based Priority Tax Relief, a tax preparation service company, has leased 1,600 square feet of office space at Ironwood Professional Plaza, at 1221 W. Ironwood Drive, in Coeur d’Alene, for the company’s expansion. Greg Peach, of NAI Black, represented the lessee in the transaction.
